Originally built in the late 1800's, The Railway Hotel in an integral part of the historic town of Burnham-On-Crouch in Essex.
The Hotel has been lovingly restored by its owners Jenny and Colin Newcombe. It incorporates Victorian charm with Twenty First Century luxuries, such as eleven comfortable en suite bedrooms, an Art Nouveau style bar with eatery and a sociable coffee bar.

Each room has been individually designed to guarantee a comfortable visit.
Every room has a purpose built En Suite bathroom, telephone, television and tea and coffee making facilities.

Bar and eatery:
The Railway Hotel also boasts an inviting bar and eatery. The bar is designed in the elegant Art Nouveau style with a winding mahogany bar area, serving a selection delicious snacks along with beers, wines and spirits.
The eatery offers an a la carte menu as well as weekend specials and is a relaxing place to enjoy the popular Sunday roast dinners served.
When relaxing at The Railway Hotel in one of the bedrooms for a weekend break, why not visit The Steam Railway Museum which is situated a mere five minutes walk from the hotel, or stroll down to the River Crouch where you can view an armada of boats on the water.
